Return Policy

We accept product returns under the following conditions:

• 1 Returns must be requested within 14 days from the date the order is delivered.
• 2 Customers are required to provide a one-take unboxing video as proof of the item’s condition upon arrival.
• 3 Customers must present proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).
• 4 Items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with no stains, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
• 5 Customers must contact our admin team first for confirmation and return instructions.
• 6 All return shipping costs are fully borne by the customer.
